Our vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost, are non-transferable and can only be redeemed once. The vouchers are downloadable and feature a unique reference code. If you are wishing to purchase multiple gift vouchers for different gifts you will need to purchase in separate transactions please.
In order to redeem the voucher please bring a printed version with you, or alternatively email confirmation including unique reference number.
Please also mention the voucher reference number upon booking, either by phone or via the booking notes, if using our online system.
Please note afternoon tea bookings must be pre booked and require at least 48 hours notice, along with credit card details to confirm your booking. No money is taken from the card and you can pay by the voucher on departure, a charge of £10pp is only implemented if you don't show for your reservation or if you reduce numbers or cancel without giving 24 hours notice.

Our vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. COVID has been tough for us all and we are extremely grateful to those who purchased vouchers prior to, during and to those who continue to do so. We extended all voucher validity until September 2021. Throughout 2020 and 2021 we were open intermittently either to dine in or as take away and offered the opportunity for vouchers to be redeemed, regardless of type. We continued to review individual cases of those asking for the opportunity for an extension later last year and we honoured these as a gesture of goodwill and extended further until the end of December 2021. We are now in a New Year and have been fully open since May 2021 and therefore will sadly not be extending any expired vouchers any further.
