AFTERNOON TEA MUST BE BOOKED 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE

We require credit/debit card details to confirm the booking. No money is taken and you can pay as you wish on the day. A £10 per person charge would only be imposed if you didn't show for your reservation or if you were to reduce numbers / cancel without giving us 24 hours notice prior to your booking (48 hours notice for Saturday and Sunday bookings).  For tables of 7 or more at least 1 week's notice is required to fully cancel your booking. A 10% discretionary service charge is added to tables of 10 or more.

All credit/debit card details are securely handled and stored in our Stripe system and cannot be accessed once taken.

Afternoon Tea changes seasonally so prices may vary, please ask one of our staff members. Dietary requirements must be requested either upon booking or at least 72 hours prior to arrival.  These include vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, allergies and those requiring children’s portions. Please note it is a set menu and we are unable to swap multiple items. 

Those who arrive more than 15 minutes after booked time may lose their table or have reduced time on the table.  You will receive unlimited pots of tea (Builders Brew, Fruit Tea, Herbal Tea & Earl Grey) and/or pots of regular coffee, depending on your preference. If you don't wish to have tea or coffee we can provide flavoured juices (Orange, Pineapple, Cranberry & Apple) as an alternative unlimited option. All other drinks e.g. cocktails & mocktails will be chargeable as per our drinks menu and pricing.

Please be aware that we decorate the upstairs of the building for themed afternoon teas. If you have limited mobility and require a table downstairs, this can be booked but please be aware there may be no decorations.
